The Inbound Email feature will provide users with an integrated 2-way Email system accessible from any location. Not only will users be able to send, but collect Emails that are automatically logged against the relating records in your database enabling you to see your messages in context.

Candidates by Email

New functionality set to expedite the administration of matching candidates with jobs and strengthen relationships with clients. Chameleon-i will match candidates that have a précis saved against their record with jobs loaded onto the system and automatically email eligible clients (pre-defined in a basket by the user) the details of the matching candidate.
Multiple CV send
Currently in development
New functionality that will enable multiple CVs to be sent to your Clients using a single Email. From the shortlist grids it will be possible to use an action screen to select multiple template CVs that can be attached to an Email.
