The advanced search includes a powerful CV searching tool, in seconds it can search any number of CV documents for words and phrases that interest you. Advanced searches can be filtered by salary indicators, education, location and standard Boolean search strings. Concurrent searching with precise and pertinent keywords based on your
customised Tags provides contextually relevant results.
Saved search folders
An unlimited amount of searches can be saved, retrieved and re-used. Saved searches are stored in search folders that expand on the principle of the
basket technology and each individual saved search has an appended shortlist and ignored folder.
It's easy to see at a glance from the search results grids which candidates are suitable for short listing, and those meeting the criteria can be drag-and-dropped into the shortlist basket. Easily bulk email to this contact list or export to a spreadsheet for mail merging.
Search results grids
The search results grids are streamlined and flexible with drag-and-drop functionality that reduces the number of clicks-to-information. Displaying a list of 20-60 contacts at a time the search results grids are fast loading with selectable pages and an advanced grid-sorting feature that makes it easy to browse and sort contacts.
Quick tab browsing
Quick tab browsing provides more information at your fingertips. View candidate record details directly from the search results grids without accessing the record itself, an expandable button provides a quick view to each candidate record that displays tabbed views of the candidate's details including the CV, comments, recent activity and notes. Alternatively a single click opens the full record of choice.
