An all-in-one solution with inbound Email

We're pleased to be rolling out the beta version of the new inbound Email feature that firmly establishes Chameleon-i as an all-in-one software solution for recruiters.

The soon to be released Inbound Email sets Chameleon-i apart by giving customers more flexibility. You can choose which ISP you relay your Email through so you’re not tied to us for hosting giving you independent, net-native Email that is accessible from any web-enabled device.

Intuitive auto-archiving will automatically store Emails against existing contact records meaning you can retrieve Emails from both the new Inbox and also from the relating contact record itself, helping to organise a large inbox more effectively.

If you receive Emails from new contacts you can easily auto-capture the information within the Email to create records more quickly, an automatic link will be included from the Email to the contact record.

Baskets provide a convenient and straightforward tool for grouping and storing Emails making it easy to create mailing lists and share Emails with colleagues (using the shared tickbox).

We'll be inviting customers to take part in the initial beta testing prior to the general release of the Inbound email feature.
