Thank you to all our customers who nominated our support team for a WOW! Award. We're pleased to announce that we have been put forward as a finalist in two categories for the gala awards ceremony that will be held at the newly refurbished Grand Connaught Rooms in Covent Garden, on the 4th November.
The only national customer service award scheme to be based purely on customer nominations, the support team for Chameleon-i online recruitment software has been nominated for the Best Online Retailer category, as well as the Small Business, Big WOW! category for their engagement with customers and investment in customer service.
