Terms and conditions for the Chameleon-i 2nd birthday 'Try before you buy' promotion.
General promotional terms
Chameleon-i reserve the right to modify or withdraw the promotion at any time. Each module promotion is limited to one trial per company. The 2nd anniversary promotion runs from the 1st November until 30th November inclusive. The promotional period starts during November from the receipt of your Email request. At close of business on the 30th all free modules will be removed from your account. To offset the automated billing feature you will receive a miscellaneous credit on your next invoice that relates to the promotion. Existing subscribers to any of the promotional modules are not eligible to receive the promotional offers.

SMS module promotion
Use of the SMS module will end automatically on November 30th, if you wish to continue use of the SMS module after the trial period, please contact our team. More information about Icetrak's services is available from

200 Free SMS messages:
Once the 200 free texts have been used, you can decide if you want to go ahead with a live account. For pricing and any other information please contact Icetrak directly on +44 (0) 845 456 0562. Any promotional SMS messages left over after the trial will roll over if the module is taken up on a full cost basis.
Chance to win 2,000 free messages:
After the 2nd anniversary promotion ends, those customers that continue with the module on a full-cost basis, and have set up and paid for a live account with Icetrak will be entered into a draw to win 2,000 free text messages. On the 1st February 2010 Icetrak will randomly select two customers and add a monetary credit to their account equal to 2,000 text messages.
Broadbean module promotion
Broadbean are offering a free trial of AdCourier until 30th November. 10% discount applies to the annual Broadbean AdCourier fee. Broadbean offer 1 trial per company, per year. Use of the Broadbean module will end automatically on 30th November, if you wish to continue use of the Broadbean module after the trial period, please contact Joe McGuire from Broadbean on 020 7536 1661 for details about pricing.
Jobs by Email module promotion
Sign up for the Jobs by Email module during the month of November and receive a free trial of the module including free job alert Emails to candidates and relating web pages displaying the vacancy adverts. Use of the Jobs by Email module will end automatically on 30th November, if you wish to continue use of the Jobs by Email module after the trial period, please contact our team.
TheTimeGenie software promotion
Sign up to use TheTimeGenie online timesheets and invoicing software during the month of November and receive a 1 month free trial of the 'out of the box' version including unlimited contractors and unlimited access. Use of TheTimeGenie software will end automatically after a month from your sign up date in November, if you wish to continue use of the TheTimeGenie after the trial period, please contact our team.

20% Off template website promotion
Confirm your order of a template website during the month of November and receive 20% off the build cost of the website. Receipt of the signed order and the first installment of 50% of the total build cost must be invoiced during the month of November for the offer of 20% off the build cost to be valid. The offer of 20% off does not include the monthly connectivity/support/hosting charges of £50pcm. The 20% off promotional offer only applies to template website design, no discounts will be applied to brochure or bespoke website builds.
