Outlook auto-recognition plug-in |
| Banish your data input blues! The convenient Outlook plug-in imports candidate information straight from your emails at the press of a button. When you receive CV's, resumes or application forms by email, just select the Chameleon-i auto-rec button in Outlook and you will be given the option to review and then import the candidate contact information into a unique candidate record in Chameleon-i, and the CV or application form will also be attached. |
| Alternatively just forward CV's to Chameleon-i and they'll be read automatically and assigned a unique candidate record. The Chameleon-i applicant tracking system checks and alerts you to any duplicated or updated CV's. |
