| Chameleon-i is installed with four recruitment reports, these are delivered to you by email each month: |

| 1. Record Count Report - shows the number of candidates, companies, clients, vacancies, placements, notes and diary entries in your system. This is displayed in graph format for the last 6 months. |

| 2. Activity report - shows the number of each type of activity (meeting, interview, telephone call, email etc) that has been recorded, per consultant for the last 6 months. |

| 3. Forecast report - shows the projected revenue for the previous and the next 3 months, based on the information held in vacancy records. |

| 4. Actual report - shows the actual revenue generated from placements made for the previous and the next 3 months, based on information held in the placement records. |

| Additional reports can be requested and built into individual systems. Recruitment reports can show data in any format required, tabular, graphical etc. |
