Workflow wizards |
| Chameleon-i is installed with wizards to automate the most common and repetitive tasks performed by consultants. Wizards make for clear, simultaneous communication with both the client and candidate via your chosen medium be it email or 2-way SMS texting. They can also make notes and insert diary entries, with or without alerts - updating last and next contacted dates as they go. |

| Wizards are available throughout the system. Launched by quick start buttons they pre-populate with relevant information and link to relevant records. Because they also create notes recording their activity the use of wizards drives audit trails and reporting. |
Integrated diary |

| Chameleon-i includes an integrated diary system. This is automatically populated with entries by the workflow wizards, creating to-do lists and alerts about your days events - which might be to make calls, send emails, attend meetings or arrange interviews. In addition you can add your own diary entries on any subject, just like any other diary system. |
| Each diary event is colour coded, to ensure easy recognition and your daily events are collated in a simple daily to-do list, with completed entries crossed off to show progress. A simple click and edit system allows events to be rescheduled, linked elsewhere or made to alert you approaching the scheduled time. |
| Diary entries can be linked to other users (so they also show in their diary), clients, candidates, vacancies or placement records, making them visible in all relevant places. |

| Chameleon-i keeps your last 20 records open using a state-of-the-art history system, so that you can click back and forward through recent records instantly without having to search for them again. |
