From 2007 the majority of ISP's have enforced some sort of image and link suppression to reduce Spam volume and protect email users against Phishing.
To ensure that our e-mails won't be filtered out of your inbox as spam and you receive Chameleon-i's emails with images and links enabled we ask that you add info@mail-chameleoni.com and @chameleoni.com to your address book or safe list.

It's easy really, follow our step-by-step guide on how to add our domain to most of the main e-mail clients. If you have any problems then e-mail us at help@chameleoni.com and we can take you through the process, or alternatively check directly with your Email Service Provider.
Microsoft Outlook
• In your inbox, select the e-mail from Chameleon-i
• Open the 'Actions' menu and select 'Junk E-mail'
• Next select 'Add sender to Safe Senders list'
Yahoo! Mail
• Open your email from Chameleon-i
• Select 'Add to Address book' next to the sender details
• Add our phone number 01483 600376
• Select 'Add to Address book'
If it is already in your 'Bulk' folder:
• Open the email from your 'Bulk' folder
• Select the 'Not Spam' button
• Follow the instructions above to add to your address book
Hotmail
• Open your email from Chameleon-i
• Next select the 'Add contact' link next to the senders details
If it is already in your 'Junk' folder:
• Open the email from your 'Junk' folder
• Select the 'Mark as safe' link next to the sender details
• Follow the instructions above to add to your address book
AOL version 9.0
• Select 'Spam Controls' link (to the right of your inbox)
• Once the 'Mail and Spam controls' box has appeared, select 'Customer sender list'
• Add our domain address info@mail-chameleoni.com and info@chameleoni.com
• Next select 'Add' and finally 'Save'
