What is 2-Way SMS?

2-Way allows you send a text message to someone through Chameleon-i, and the recipient can easily reply via SMS. The reply is then logged in the system and Chameleon-i will alert you to the new SMS.

What is Sender ID?

Sender ID provides you with up to 11 characters of your choice to alert the recipient to the sender of the incoming text message.

What are prefixes and suffixes?

The SMS version of email signatures, prefixes (at the start of the message) or suffixes (at the end of the message) can be personalised for each user.
 

It's easy to get started...

To activate the trial follow these simple steps:
1. Sign up to Chameleon-i online recruitment software
2. Contact our SMS partner Icetrak directly on 0207 987 6900 stating you are a Chameleon-i user, they will set up an account for you, discuss your requirements and issue you with a user name and password and the offer of 100 free text messages and 1 month free service charge.
3. Sign up to use our 2-way SMS module from the admin section in Chameleon-i, entering the user name and password provided by IceTrak and your offer code.
 

Terms and conditions
Chameleon-i and Icetrak reserve the right to modify or withdraw the SMS promotion at any time. The promotion is available for a one month period from date of sign-up to the module. The promotion is limited to one trial per company. Use of the SMS module will end automatically after a month, if you wish to continue use of the SMS module after the trial period please contact our team. 100 Free SMS messages:
Once the 100 free texts have been used, you are subject to Icetrak's per message charge of 9p, 8p or 7p thereafter, please contact Icetrak for details. Any promotional SMS messages left over after the trial will roll over if the module is taken up on a full cost basis.
