The system is so simple which takes all the hassle away of any consultant training. Most importantly, let us keep track of all applications, set up alarms for interviews, phone calls etc.. We have the ability to send the candidates CV's already within the Chameleon Solution or just simply to send newsletters to Candidates and Clients alike. An excellent marketing tool for a small organisation.
Chameleon-i solution is the right for us at the moment and the features and updates are actualy growing as we do. We certainly recommend Chameleon-i to organisations that require a system without the overhead and problems that some can bring.
