Someone from a recruitment background would have a definate advantage, being able to tune in to our customers needs and help them to put together the best package for their business using our portfolio of products.
They will need to work effectively with our support and technical team to communicate any customer issues and ensure they are resolved, and also with our senior management and marketing departments to keep abreast of product development and new releases.
Hours and salary are negotiable depending on experience and a track record in sales is essential for this role, it would also be a benefit if you have worked i the recruitment market place.

We are looking for someone to join our team as the Digistal Marketing Manager for our online recruitment agency products Chameleon-i and TheTimeGenie.
Essential Experience/Skills:
Marketing and communications planning experience
End to end project management of all digital marketing activity to improve sales and profitability
Digital and web-based campaign management experience, including viral/social media;
covering campaign planning, management and evaluation
Online marketing communications including copywriting, the design and implementation of E-mail campaigns and Blog
Video production
CRM and CMS system knowledge and experience
Market research and business intelligence, including campaign results and website analytics analysis
Development and management of company websites
Brand development and management
PR planning, management and evaluation
Publicity of Remedy HCMS and products through press releases, company news, award entries and client testimonials.
Identification of relevant conferences, exhibitions and networking events to attend and coordinate involvement. Build and maintain relationships with press contacts and other suppliers.
Stakeholder management
Marketing budget planning and management
Issue and risk management
Established digital marketing management experience
Degree in Marketing, web/technology or related subject preferable
Ability/Willing to travel/Own driving license/Car
Strong communication and influencing skills
Organised, pro-active and able to use own initiative
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web-based applications and development tools
Competent skills in HTML and CSS. Some experience with Javascript, ASP and SQL.
Competent skills in internet resources and marketing tools, SEO, PPC and analytics
Competent skills in Adobe Creative Suite software
