It is very important that users read the following 3rd Party Integration terms of use.  3rd Party Plugins and Products are dependent on third-party product providers to work. Because Chameleon-i has no control over third party providers and/or their resources, you agree that in downloading or using a 3rd Party Plugin or Product Chameleon-i is not responsible for its continued availability.

In the event of a API or Product change we will endeavour to update the Plugin or Service, but reserve the right to discontinue it in the event that the third-party provider removes the required integration functionality or it is no longer viable to support it.

In addition, you agree that Chameleon-i is not responsible for the data or information integrity that is provided to your business through a 3rd Party Plugins and Product.

Pricing
Where applicable you are responsible for the purchase of required licenses/subscription to use 3rd Party Plugins or Products.

Passwords and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords. You are responsible where required to store these and keep them up to date for 3rd Party Plugins or Products to continue to work. You shall notify Chameleon-i immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Chameleon-i cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these requirements.
