How easy is it to get set-up with Chameleon-i online recruitment software?

You really can be up and running instantly. You don’t need to download any software and there is no installation or configuration. Once you’ve signed up and we have checked your details we will send you a unique username and password and you can get started.

What happens after the 30 day free trial?

At any point during or after the trial you can choose to purchase licence/s for Chameleon-i, which will give you all the functionality of the full product. You can also choose to add additional company wide modules or integrated partner services. We will contact you throughout the trial alerting you to how many days you have left. At the end of the trial you will have the option of purchasing a licence, or if you do not want to continue using Chameleon-i, extract your data.

What is the minimum or maximum amount of users?

There is not a minimum or maximum number of users. Whether you are a start-up recruitment agency or an established SME the flexibility of Chameleon-i means there are no restrictions on the amount of users.

Can you accommodate remote users, even if they are international?

Yes. The flexibility of web-based recruitment software means that you have the freedom to work from anywhere in the world. You can use our security settings to restrict access rights for users if required.

I have just signed up, how do I get started?

We will send you your username and password, so you can access your Chameleon-i account,  we recommend you book yourself onto our training sessions, which are run every week to help get up and running. We will contact you throughout the trial to help and answer any questions you might have.

I have a problem who do I contact?

We have a fully searchable help centre to assist you with any ‘how to’ queries you might have. If you have a technical issue that you need resolving, in the first instance visit our ‘Support Center’ and one of our online team will be able to take and record the query and help you resolve the issue. I would like a website that integrates with Chameleon-i database

This is not a problem, we offer a number of different website packages to suit your agency ranging from the self build £50 per month blueprint website, our template website package, where our designers will apply your brand and images to a template through to our fully bespoke website package, tailored specifically to your agency and target audience.

Can I integrate Chameleon-i with my current website?

Yes, we offer a number of solutions including our iFrames integration kit that will allow you to integrate your existing website with the Chameleon-i functionality. You could also use our WordPress plugin or Joomla extension or our API.

How long is my data held for?

While your account is active your data will be held indefinitely, however if your company does not log into the account for 90 days, we reserve the right to securely delete your data. Further information on this can be found in our terms of service.

How secure is my data?

Your data is your own and we store it on your behalf. We guarantee that it won’t be sold, distributed or made available to any third parties. We run daily full system backups, with an automatic secondary backup to an alternative server so you can run your business without any concerns about data loss.

Is it simple to upload my existing recruitment data?

Yes. We have a number templates for you to use to import your data. If you would prefer, we provide a paid for data migration service, speak to our team for further details and prices.

When will I be invoiced?

The account administrator (the user that signs up for a Chameleon-i account) will be sent our invoice and payment reminders unless specified within the admin section by default. Our software is billed on a pro-rata rolling monthly basis in arrears,  please see our terms of service for full details.

How do I pay for additional licences and modules?

You can pay for and activate all modules and partner services directly through your Chameleon-i account.

What payment options are available?

We have a secure payment system that allows you to pay online using your debit or credit card. You can also pay via the internet or by electronic bank transfer or cheque.

Will I be tied into a contract?


There is no fixed contract. Our user licences and modules are operated on a month-to-month basis and you can choose to turn them on or off as required.

Can I re-assign or delete user accounts?

Yes it is simple to delete users and transfer their data to another user. Each user licence is charged on a pay as you go basis, so you can add or remove them as your company changes. You can also archive a users accounts for a small charge to retain all data as is whilst removing access for that user, ideal when an employee leaves your agency.

What system requirements does my computer need?

You can run Chameleon-i online recruitment software on any computer as long as it has an internet connection. The faster your Internet connection, the faster our recruitment software will run.

Is Chameleon-i online recruitment software Apple Mac compatible?

Yes. As Chameleon-i is web-based there are no compatibility issues that are normally associated with traditional ASP and server based recruitment software solutions.
