Remedy HCMS is pleased to announce the release of a new look with added functionality to their recruitment database Chameleon-i. These changes are first in a major upgrade plan which will be rolled out over the forthcoming months.

The new look Chameleon-i contains a new menu, allowing users to have all the information they need at their fingertips. The new menu it is simple to access the database, view their history, access new applications, view their diary and email system and administration panel.

There has been an update to the alerts and notifications system and history system, allowing our smart navigation to store purely database information.

Chameleon-i have also integrated with leading job-posting company Broadbean, the integration will allow 360 degree job posting and applicant tracking, with applications being delivered directly into Chameleon-i to be actioned: either shortlisted, retained or rejected with the ability communicate directly with the applicant, in one simple action system.

In the latest phase of development, client feedback has been key to the changes that have made, including the introduction of searching within baskets.

David Egan – Managing Director explains: “We have recently re-positioned Chameleon-i and launched our new website. We were keen to then release our new look and improved functionality. We wanted to stream-line how our clients use the database and introduced the new menu, to make the frequency used buttons, just one click away. This allowed to smart navigation to only include our clients data.”

“We have been working with job posting company Broadbean on the applicant tracking grid. This is a great tool to speed up the shortlisting process. Using the grid, it is possible to quickly sort the candidates you wish to shortlist, those, who you wish to retain on your database and those you wish to reject. The system uses a flagging system with the option for a corresponding email to be sent to the candidate, notifying them of their application progression.”

“Chameleon-i will continue to evolve over the next few months and we will shortly be adding a new dashboard and reporting system to Chameleon-i. This will help agencies of all sizes keep track of their KPI’s and consultants performance.”
