Traditionally Chameleon-i have let you our clients pay by Credit or Debit card, Standing Order or BACs via the internet.

We are now introducing for our UK clients (Europe will follow shortly) a Direct Debit option via @GOCARDLESS to make life a little bit easier.

To switch your payments to Direct Debit simply Click Here, it can all be done on-line so no paperwork to worry about and it’s all safe and secure.

Once you have set the Direct Debit up you will receive confirmation from @GOCARDLESS.

Once a month on your billing anniversary you will receive an invoice from us, we will apply to collect the amount specific on the invoice via @GOCARDLESS, you will receive email notification of this from @GOCARDLESS confirming the amount we have requested.

Once we have been ‘Paid Out’ by @GOCARDLESS we will mark your account as paid. Don’t forget during this time you will not be able to alter your account so if you need to add any new users please contact our accounts department during this time.
