Save time with our Inbound e-mail functionality

The Inbound e-mail module enables you to collect your e-mail in real-time from your Internet Service Provider (ISP) and have them displayed in your Chameleon-i mailbox, giving you a two-way net-native email system linked directly to your recruitment database.

Inbound emails work by automatically forwarding a copy of your received email from your inbox into your Chameleon-i inbox, via your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
If the candidate or client is registered within your Chameleon-i database, a copy of the email will be stored against their record. All sent items you create from your Chameleon-i mailbox to your registered clients and candidates will also be stored against their record. If the email received does not match an existing record, you have the functionality to create a company and client record or use the create a candidate wizard, a one-click parsing tool which will allow you to create a record card and to store the attached CVs.

To Activate the Inbound e-mail Module
Simply click the ‘Order’ button in the ‘Company’ tab in your ‘Admin’ panel.
You will be charged £10.00+VAT per user per calendar month for this module. Please note, if you choose to add our Inbound module, it will apply to all members of your agency.
