Jobs by Email
Your agency is able to set the frequency of the Email job alerts; who the email is sent from and the candidate registration criteria.
On receiving the job alert email, candidates can view the job details online and the one-click application feature will automatically shortlist them against the vacancy within Chameleon-i.
Your consultants will be notified of any applications made via by an alert within Chameleon-i.
Autosearch gives your users the ability to set up repetitive searches. It will automatically search your database overnight for new relevant candidates based on the criteria you have set and will populate the results in your saved search.
The result will only include new candidates, this is achieved by the user categorising historical results as relevant or not for the role and by dragging the candidates into the saved searches shortlist or ignored list. Your future auto-searches will ignore candidates contained within the shortlist or ignored list.
Jobs by Email can be used on a stand-alone basis with standard web pages provided as part of the service ready for editing, via your Content Management System (CMS), which can be found under the ‘CMS’ tab in your ‘Admin panel’.
For an additional fee, JBE can be integrated into a candidate registration form on your website.
How to activate
Simply click the ‘Order’ button from the ‘Company’ tab in your ‘Admin’ panel.
Once ordered the ‘Order’ link will be replaced with ‘Setup’.
You will be charged £50.00+VAT per calendar month for this module.
If you haven’t already set up your SMTP settings or Exchange or Google integration you will need to do this first.
