At Chameleon-i we recognise the importance of training all members of your agency to ensure they use the database to its full potential and feel confident creating and completing actions.
Our training sessions are tailored to your needs whether as a business owner and account administrator, or as a user. Our sessions are web-based, so you don’t have to leave your desk, simply dial into our training sessions via your computer and telephone.
We offer seven very different training sessions, 2 main sessions focusing on the User and Administration lasting approximately 1 hour and 5 shorter sessions covering in depth Searching, Tag management, Marketing, our Website Content Management System (CMS) and Dashboard reporting and tracking system. We think that all business owners and system administrators should attend both User and Administration sessions to understand all the custom options available so you and your agency get the most out of Chameleon-i.
