Safelist Our Emails

To make sure you never miss an important email from us, please add our email address(es) to your safelist (also called a whitelist or allowlist). This helps prevent our messages from being marked as spam or junk.

 

Why Safelisting Is Important

Sometimes email providers mistakenly filter legitimate emails into the spam folder. Safelisting our address ensures:

  • You receive account notifications

  • You get order updates (if applicable)

  • You stay informed of important announcements or content

 

Our Domain to Safelist

Please add our domain to your safelist to ensure you receive all important emails from us:

  • @chameleoni.com

This will allow all emails sent from our domain (e.g., support@chameleoni.com, sales@chameleoni.com ,jobs@chameleoni.com, etc.) to reach your inbox.

 

How to Safelist Our Emails

Here are steps for popular email providers:

Gmail

  1. Open Gmail and click the gear icon > See all settings.

  2. Go to the Filters and Blocked Addresses tab.

  3. Click Create a new filter, enter our email, and click Create filter.

  4. Check Never send it to Spam and click Create filter.

Outlook/Hotmail

  1. Go to Settings > View all Outlook settings.

  2. Under Mail, go to Junk email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, add our email(s) and click Save.

Yahoo Mail

  1. Click Settings > More Settings.

  2. Go to Filters, then click Add new filters.

  3. Add a filter with our email and set to deliver to Inbox.

Apple Mail

  1. Open Mail, go to Mail > Preferences > Rules.

  2. Add a rule to move emails from our address to the Inbox.

 

Still Not Receiving Our Emails?

  • Check your spam/junk folder and mark the email as "Not Spam".

  • Add our domain to your email contacts.

  • Contact your email provider or reach out to us at support@chameleoni.com
