We made it – GDPR is here! As far as I can tell, the skies haven’t fallen in and all of our recruitment agencies are still in one place.

But have you forgotten something?

Just in case you’re not quite compliant with GDPR, we’re here to help you out.

Here’s a list of 6 things that you might have missed:

1. Have you re-written or updated your Privacy Policy?

If you own a website that it’s important for you to make sure that your Privacy Policy is up to date and includes everything you need to be compliant with GDPR.

Your policy must be written in plain and clear language, so make sure yours is up to scratch.

3. Have you included Unsubscribe links in your e-mail campaigns?

This is a biggie – have you made sure that any e-mail recipients can unsubscribe from your e-mails?

4. Add links to your e-mail signature

As you’ve updated your Privacy Policy, why not stick it in your e-mail signature?

Anyone will contact will have easy access to your policy, should they have any questions.
