How do I use the Knowledgebase?

It’s a chance for you to discover the ins and outs of our self-serve library which is now jam-packed full of useful and relevant information.

You can read up on helpful topics such as:

  • Creating and Using Baskets
  • Creating a New User License
  • Send a Bulk E-mail
  • Advanced Candidate Search

Start using our new Knowledgebase now:

  1. Log into your Chameleon-i account
  2. Click Help
  3. Choose Support Center from the drop-down menu

With a few simple searches or clicks, you can find out everything to know about our software.

Our Knowledgebase is easy to navigate and once you have clicked on the article you need, related articles will appear on the left-hand side.

What happens if I have a technical issue with your software?

If you require technical assistance because your software isn’t behaving in the way that it should, click on Report a Problem to speak to an advisor. For all other enquiries, please consult our new Knowledgebase to discover the answers quickly and easily.

What else do I need to know?

Our articles will be updated as and when they need to be. If you have an interest in a topic and would like to stay in the know, click the Follow button to be alerted about any changes to the article.
