We have released a couple of product updates within the Chameleon-i tagging system.

Tag Search.
A new search function has been released enabling you to quickly search/filter your tags removing the need to look manually. The search works across all 3 tag tiers. You will need to expand the tiers by pressing the + icon to view all results.

Automatic Upward tagging.
There is now an option, set within the Tags tab in your administration panel to automatically tag Tier1 and Tier2 tags when Tier 3

Recording Offer Details in the Offer Action

The Offer Action Wizard now allows you to record the offer details as part of the action when an offer is made.

You can also record the potential fee and offer information while completing the Offer action.

Once you have selected the Offer Action in the candidate shortlist, click the new ‘Offer/Note Txt’ Button.

Vacancies – The Shortlist Status

You can now specify and view the Shortlist Status of your candidates per vacancy, via the Shortlist tab in Vacancy records.

In the Status column you have a drop down list associated with each candidate. By default we have set the options to WF CA (Waiting for Candidate) and WF CL (Waiting for Client).

You can edit the Shortlist Status options you require with lists in your Admin panel.

Update to Block Bulk Email and SMS

We have updated the way the Block Bulk Email and Block Bulk SMS Function works within the Chameleon-i marketing features.

Historically, to prevent sending bulk communications to specific clients or candidates users would create a specific note type within the record, this obviously took a couple of clicks to perform.

To simplify this process and make the data more visible to the user we have replaced these 2 specific note types with simple tick boxes in both the Client and Candidate records.
