Remember, to keep all your data safe and secure we recommend that you regularly change your Chameleon-i user password.

If you’re one of our users whose passwords look like “9RxkU55zxwinner,” you can go ahead and leave it. If your password looks like “1234567890” or “qwerty” or “yourname,” it’s time to change your ways.

When setting a new password we recommend that it is a minimum of 12 characters long, it should contain a mixture of numbers, letters and capital letters to make sure it is secure.

New customised reports

If you are looking for reports containing customised data sets, Chameleon-i is now able to produce bespoke reports for your agency.

These reports contain the data stored in each record type within your database. You select the data including tags you wish each report to contain and we will create the template.

Chrome V45 & Chameleon-i Autorec update

Chrome have released a new version (45) which unfortunately has a knock on effect on our current Autorec Droploader plugin.

Chrome has taken the decision to no longer support Java and NPAPI plugins in version 45 which unfortunately our current Autorec feature uses.
