We offer free, real-time online technical support via the ‘Live Chat’ button within your Chameleon-i account support centre.
Free induction training.
All our training sessions are run through a dial-in webinar classroom, where our trainers will talk you through and show you how to use Chameleon-i.
We offer seven very different training sessions, 2 main sessions focusing on the User and Administration lasting approximately 1 hour and 5 shorter sessions covering in depth searching, tag management, marketing, our website Content Management System (CMS) and dashboard reporting and tracking system. We advise that all business owners and system administrators attend both User and Administration sessions to understand all the custom options available and to get the most out of Chameleon-i.
If you choose to purchase a website we will also provide Content Management System training (CMS) free of charge.
If you would prefer a face to face training session for your company, we can assist you, the price of this is on request.
